I went for a session at MetxFit back in September, dragged my husband and daughter along and it's now our regular Friday night fitness session.

John and Russell at MetxFit have given me the confidence and support to be able to believe in myself. They create a varied circuit class each week for cardio and strengthening. The variety keeps the circuit fun and interesting.

MetxFit classes are designed to help Beginners aged 35 to 75 improve their strength, balance, core stability, and cardiovascular fitness. Each class features eight stations, with 45 seconds of exercise followed by 15 seconds of rest. You'll complete three rounds, with a one-minute break between each round. We insist on lots of laughter and fun!
We switch up the exercises weekly and customize them to suit beginners and those new to training—all in a supportive, encouraging, and fun environment!
Absolutely! MetxFit is perfect for individuals who are new to fitness or getting back into exercise. Our trainers are here to guide you every step of the way, ensuring you start at a comfortable pace, learn proper techniques, and progress at a pace that works best for you.
If you prefer one-on-one training, we offer private sessions that are tailored to your needs and goals. You can start with individual coaching and later transition into group classes when you’re ready.
